What you'll do

  • Planisware is seeking an energetic Content Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for bringing our brand vision to life. Through the strategic use of content, you will establish Planisware as a relevant and preferred solution to our business audience by developing assets that educate and engage prospective customers across the buyer’s journey. In this role, you will build a scalable content creation and distribution strategy, write clear and attractive copy, and develop a range of assets to meet quarterly and yearly goals. You will be a key player by leading the content strategy, as well as developing and promoting social media and webinar programs. As the Content Marketing Manager, you thrive working in a culture of constant learning, improvement, and rapid growth (we are growing quickly!).

    You will report to the Director of Marketing in North America and work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, telling engaging stories that illustrate how Planisware helps enable customer innovation.

What is expected from you

  • 4+ years of content marketing experience or copywriting experience
  • Familiar with inbound marketing and the value of creating great content and unforgettable experiences
  • Knowledge of B2B enterprise sales cycle and demonstrated ability creating compelling content needed to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth with a customer-first mindset to all that you do.
  • You are a great storyteller – you know how to bring a humanizing touch to B2B technology. You possess crisp communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail; you have robust project management skills with an ability to create, execute, and adjust plans as needed.
  • You have a portfolio of various content types (short-form, long-form, social) and know the best practices for crafting each content type. Samples must be provided.
  • You exhibit a keen desire to have fun, work hard, and drive results for yourself and others.
  • Hands-on experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, Marketo, HTML, CSS, and Microsoft Suite
  • BS/BA in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Effectively use search engine optimization (SEO) principles, keyword research, and effective on-page SEO to maximize copy’s reach


    • Experience working in an enterprise SaaS company, where you experienced growth and the learning curve that comes along with it
    • Experience partnering with product marketing and design leads to recommend copy updates and drive optimization of the website
    • Data-driven and enthusiastic about understanding the impact of marketing content and developing a framework to measure it
    • Ability to communicate complex technology into compelling, digestible narratives for technical and non-technical audiences
    • Technical background in engineering, or computer science is a plus
    • Experience with video, infographic, and interactive media production is a plus
