What you'll do

Planisware USA, Inc. is growing! We’re looking to hire a Demand Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate qualified pipeline to support our growth opportunities in North America. Since we go to market by industry pillar, you will have a strong role to play as our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Champion to drive account engagement on a target account list per pillar. You will report directly to our VP of Marketing, North America.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Data driven with a track record of acquiring new customers and expanding into targeted accounts (cross-sell and upsell) through account-based marketing programs
  • Deep knowledge of B2B enterprise sales cycle and demonstrated ability creating compelling integrated campaigns across our industry pillars
  • Prioritize, plan, coordinate, track and evaluate campaigns with a strong emphasis on learning and continuous improvement and making an impact to the business
  • Create scalable and repeatable process for our demand generation efforts
  • Exceptional drive to work as one-team and bring marketing, sales, customer success management, product etc. people together on growth initiatives
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt quickly when needed

What is expected from you

  • Define, own, and execute our demand marketing generation approach: goals (OKRs), plan, execution and results (dashboard in Salesforce to measure progress and impact on our pipeline)
  • Work with our pillar heads and marketing teammates to identify most strategic accounts with highest probability to win
  • Generate high intent qualified leads for SDRs (we call them Associate Account Executives, AAEs), then partner with AAEs and Account Executives to nurture these leads into qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Focus progressively on Account engagement.
  • Use our marketing automation platform daily to design, build and manage our nurtured campaigns on a targeted list of accountsImplement a feedback loop process to share demand generation best practices and testing results “what works/what didn’t” with the marketing team
  • Quickly develop our ABM playbook from initial pilot programs to “ABM at scale”
  • Work closely with our event experience team on webinars, hybrid events and our annual user conference to generate and accelerate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation with 2+ year of account-based marketing (ABM) experience at B2B SaaS companies
  • Must-have: experience with marketing automation platform like Marketo or Hubspot, and Salesforce CRMExperienced with Google analytics, and Martech tools ie: Zoom, SEMRush, Zoominfo etc to name a few
  • Results-driven with the ability to demonstrate ROI of demand generation programs
  • Customer focused, constantly thinking about the customer experience when developing campaigns
  • Curious and knowledgeable about latest Account Based Marketing best practices
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, and related field.
