Functional Consultant (Orchestra)

What you'll do

Join Planisware’s rapidly expanding team dedicated to launching a new PPM product (Orchestra) to North America. Take responsibility in developing this new business by helping companies strategize and deliver value.

In this customer-facing role as a Functional Consultant, you will interface regularly with key stakeholders to address complex, organization-specific business process needs. You will be tasked with designing business solutions and working with other consultants to best meet organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing projects, running workshops, and performing trainings among others to ensure a successful Orchestra implementation.

What is expected from you

    • B.S. Business Management or similar field + 2 years of relevant experience
    • Project management experience
    • Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
    • Willingness to travel up to 20% (US and International)
    • US citizenship or equivalent employment authorization

     

    Preferred Profile:

    • Previous experience working in a fast-paced emerging organization
    • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
    • Familiarity with PPM processes (Project Management, Resource Management, etc.)
    • Experience with enterprise SaaS
    • A self-starter with a highly developed work ethic
    • Bilingual in English/French is a plus

Location

SAN FRANCISCO: This position is based out of our San Francisco headquarters. The office is located in downtown San Francisco and is easily accessible to public transportation.
