We are seeking a motivated Junior Legal Counsel for EMEA who is interested in joining Planisware. As junior legal counsel you will work in collaboration with the existing legal counsel in order to provide legal support in all relevant areas including sales, compliance, services, marketing and data protection.
What you'll do
Assist the sales team in responding to tenders and toward this end, collaborate in drafting, reviewing and negotiating IT contracts software and SaaS customer contracts and related support, services agreements and data protection agreements, mainly in English,
Negotiate other type of contractual documents (partners, launching new offers, procurement…),
Contribute to and support data protection training and compliance programs (with the assistance of the Privacy Lead and/or DPO when needed),
Help the marketing teams to frame their operations from a legal perspective (e.g., yearly User Summit),
Creating awareness, giving training and creating presentations and documents for other departments to standardize processes and increase knowledge of legal issues and go/no-go’s,
Assist in creating and improving agreements and templates for Planisware as we grow,
Contribute to a broad variety of legal projects and initiatives in EMEA and on a global level (e.g., compliance (CSR, anti-laundering), corporate law matters).
What is expected from you
Benefits Master 2 in business law and /or NTIC / personal data,
1 to 3 years’ experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts, in French and English (previous experience in digital environment and/or in a group having a large international exposure is a plus but not required),
Fluent/Native in French and English (80% of the activity). German is a plus,
Drafting and negotiation skills along with good business judgment and critical thinking skills,
Open to expand beyond your primary responsibilities to work on additional legal matters that arise from the operations of a dynamic and fast-growing global company,
Self-motivated, proactive, and clear communicator,
Autonomous, organized, and rigorous,
