Planisware is looking for an Account Manager to expand their business opportunities within the UK market. This is an office-based role based in MediaCityUK, Manchester.
Planisware offers two software solutions for enterprise and mid-market level. Our focus area is web-based Project & Portfolio Management solutions designed to help businesses improve their Engineering PPM, New Product Development and/or IT PPM.
Headquartered in Paris, and with an already strong user-base across Europe and the USA, Planisware is looking at expanding is reach within its UK market.
The Account Manager is responsible for overall customer account management. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clientele as well as bringing on new customers who can benefit from our offerings while serving as the primary point of contact to some of Planisware’s most valued and high-profile customers. As an Account Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for meeting annual quota while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
