Sales Enablement Manager

What you'll do

Planisware is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to provide tools, assets, resources, and training to the sales team in order to improve efficiency and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the production of sales assets and materials to facilitate the sales process (Proposal management, Contract template or Sales process)
  • Create, Support and inform the sale onboarding process and adjust training as the company and product matures
  • Assess and implement sales tools to facilitate the sales process
  • Delivery of continuous learning programs
  • Supporting reps during product launches and other sales transformations
  • Implementation of the sales methodology (including related trainings and coaching)
  • Equipping frontline managers and sales leadership with effective coaching practices (or, even better, establishing a formal sales coaching program)
  • Reporting on metrics tied to sales learning and readiness (survey)
  • Managing and ensuring rep adoption of sales enablement tools
  • Communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams to find gaps in resources and training

What is expected from you

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of work experience in related field
  • Previous experience in marketing with an understanding of communicating brand and product vision and roadmap
  • Content creation experience building assets and materials that are externally facing and can be used by the sales team to facilitate their sales cycle
  • Working knowledge of training techniques and best practices for onboarding or adopting new technologies
  • Previous experience working in B2B software sales and understand the pain points experienced by salespeople
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Organization skills (ability to manage conflicting priorities / time management)
  • Experience in graphic design
