Associate Account Executive

What you'll do

The Associate Account Executive plays a key role in the success of Planisware by contributing to the generation of new business leads, by qualifying these leads into opportunities Sales Executive and assisting in the sales activities, teaming-up with the Enterprise Account Executives, to close new accounts.  

Responsibilities 

  • Contribute to driving the sales pipeline and revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads and nurturing prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through multi-touch point cadences (calls, emails and social selling) to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads to understand their needs and pain points, effectively communicating the value of Planisware’s solution, and ensuring successful follow-through with sales
  • Execute and support a diverse range of marketing programs, webinars, events, trade shows, social media campaigns
  • Respond timely to prospect and customers’ requests
  • Leverage sales tools and technologies to track and manage prospecting activities, ensuring up to date information in the CRM system
  • Provide weekly updates on new leads 
  • Meet monthly and quarterly to review achievement of sales objectives
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Planisware’s product line and value proposition, and stay informed about the industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position Planisware’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executive team to implement sales strategies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead generation processes
  • Drive attendance for Marketing Events and Webinars, and booth traffic at trade shows (virtual or in-person) and follow-up with contact list 

What is expected from you

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience  
  • Strong interest in marketing/lead generation/sales for B2B software companies selling SaaS/Cloud applications across a large spectrum of industries (Consumer Electronic, CPG, Life Sciences, Automotive, Air Space & Defense, Energy, IT etc.) 
  • Previous Inbound and/or Outbound experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening skills 
  • Ability to lead conversations and ask open ended questions 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong work ethic 
  • US citizenship or equivalent employment authorization

Preferred Profile

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Salesloft (or Outreach), Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience within the Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) software industry
