What you'll do
Responsible for managing SaaS projects and operations. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security procedures. Stage and Gate owner, review of deliveries requirements from account management, infrastructure, SaaS and consulting team. Manage upgrade procedure and Tests and Validation programs to support consultants. Planisware SaaS upgrade project requiring installation, configuration changes, infrastructure updates. Develop and improve monitoring tool/solutions to support our SaaS operation. Automate software/configuration deployments (initial setup, updates, and upgrades). Test and validate change management procedures. Develop and document new procedures. Responsible to setup and update the various Web server components for authentication and authorization (single sign on, LDAP/AD integration). Setup database encryption and backup. Setup infrastructure related components to allow third party integration (sftp, vpn tunnel). Responsible to produce Saas usage metrics reports to be shared with the Sales team and our customers. Assist Support team for infrastructure-related issues.
What is expected from you
Requires Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, or a related field and 24 months of experience.
