HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist


What you’ll do

As a HR and Talent acquisition specialist, you will contribute in strengthening the growth at Planisware MIS. You will oversee the full-cycle recruitment and selection process of the top talent in the market and foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.

As a HR & Talent acquisition specialist, you will:

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies
  • Work closely with management team to identify hiring needs
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Design and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
  • Source potential candidates through a variety of channels (e.g. company career portal, recruitment sites, social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and interviews
  • Foster good relationships with past and potential candidates
  • Develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
  • Promoting a strong employer brand
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Create new partnership with universities
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires
  • Organize teambuilding’s events and create a positive work environment
  • Coordinate with management team to define and implement training and development plans
  • Oversee employee performance reviews
  • Provide HR and talent acquisition metrics and reporting to the management team on regular basis

What is expected from you

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, or similar
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, French and English
  • Ability to multitask and organize in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
