What you'll do

Planisware USA, Inc. is recruiting for our San Francisco, CA office: VP, Orchestra Solutions (job code # 41358)

  • Responsible for:

    • Total revenue of Planisware Orchestra, including mentoring and supporting Account Executives in selling and positioning the products.

    • Provide support and oversight on existing and new Orchestra opportunities.

    • Lead, define, review account strategy with Account Executive.

    • Review and monitor account proposal and pricing.

    • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities (handle executive track).

    • Manage existing customers, customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

    • Plan and organize yearly executive meeting with key customers.

    • Coach sales and CSM team to ensure customer retention.

    • Ensure adherence to company sales processes and identify area of improvements.

    • Partner with the leadership team to define optimal performance measurements and management programs designed to ensure sales organization success.

    • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.

    • Define and execute “Go to Market” strategy for Planisware’s Orchestra Solutions on North American market.

    • Define product positioning, review Competitive Landscape, establish key use cases for Orchestra Solutions, identify key differentiator by use case, identify product gaps and send them to product team.

    • Supervise Account Executives in monitoring customer, market and competitor activities and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.

    •   Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs.

    • Represent Planisware at a management level to key events (users group meetings, regional meetings, etc. Manage the Orchestra business unit to deliver profitable growth.

    • Review individual progress (monthly objective vs actual) on the identified opportunities with the sales team.

    • Conduct semi-annual performance reviews.

    • Hire and develop sales staff.

    • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.

    • Recruit, hire and retain the right individuals in agreed positions (Sales/ Pre-sales/Lead generation and Solution Architects

What is expected from you

Education and Experience Required:

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 24 months of experience.

Salary

  • $150,000/year - $160,000/year.

SAN FRANCISCO: This position is based out of our San Francisco headquarters. 

Telecommuting allowed.
