What you'll do
Support the team grow and enjoy every day life from office perspective, as well as growing into professional HR in coming years
Drive and participate in the development of an enjoyable working environment, including the evolution of office spaces, team events, inter-cultural training programs and other potential initiatives
Provide organizational and logistical support to ensure smooth daily operations and communications
Support employees in all aspects of Human Resources, including Visas (a significant part of the team is from Europe), onboarding, time tracking, overseeing HR and admin related documentation and filing.
Maintain, evolve and communicate our HR related processes, keep them aligned with evolving legislation, enhance them for the better
Assist sales team with invoicing process, and keeping track of the signed contracts.
What is expected from you
Japanese native is a must (JLPT N1), English business level is highly recommended
At least over 5 years of working experience in Japan, preferably in back office function
Desire to work with a dynamic international team
Other key elements: Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment, deadline driven, information sensitivity awareness
