You will join PLANISWARE, a leader in project management software. You will work for the PLANISWARE Orchestra solution, a specialist in the middle market.

You will be responsible for the development and production of training and certification courses. You will develop and grow your career within the e-Learning team, which has the mission to define and deploy a fun and effective learning experience for all its 250 customers and 20,000 users. Together with two expert consultants your goal will be to digitize our training, to promote learning and adoption of the tool, with the aim of retaining existing users and attract new business.

What you'll do

Contract: CDI (Permanent, Full Time) - Start: September 2020 - Salary: according to experience

Provide educational engineering advice:

- To make the team of consultants aware of pedagogical issues, to explain to them and to give them the basics of the design of digital training
- Conduct workshops to collect and analyse the content of face-to-face training to be transformed into digital learning
- Exchange with expert consultants throughout the project, rely on their knowledge of the tool, clients, and project management, to design training programs and modules
- To propose an adapted pedagogical progression (activities, modalities, sequencing, durations, gamification) to optimize the learning of different types of users of the tool

Production Control:

- Make consultants aware of e-learning production tools
- Knowledge of using Articulate Storyline software is required
- Design, script and write storyboards of interactive educational content with expert consultants
- Create templates to facilitate and industrialize content production
- Produce and be responsible to produce training content on storyLine software, with the support of expert consultants
- Incorporate product training modules on the LMS Docebo platform

What is expected from you

- Educational Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of using Articulate StoryLine software
- Good level of English required, ideally bilingual English/French
- Some experience in educational engineering consulting to support distance learning
- Strong team player to transfer and receive knowledge
- Autonomy and adaptability
- Ability to present ideas with clarity and confidence
- Enthusiastic, with good listening skills
