After a period of training in our architecture, processes, and tools, you will be in charge of the coordination and project management of Customer implementations on Planisware SaaS platform.
As part of the infrastructure and support team, you will ensure the compliance of the service with customer needs and our security rules, starting with the kick off and during all steps of the environment lifecycle. You will be a technical contact for a customer portfolio but also for transversal projects. Your roll will be central in our organization between support, technical delivery manager, project team and the customer.
