Planisware USA, Inc. is recruiting for our San Francisco, CA office: Support Manager: Provide customers with a consistent ticket handling process. Provide guidance, support in the design, use and maintenance of Planisware software & report status on outstanding issues to customers. Monitor and improve the performance of our existing customer portfolio. Utilize advanced knowledge and log analysis skills for monitoring, investigating, and preparing detailed Root Cause-Analysis reports. Implement automated processes to facilitate the monitoring activity & log analysis of our customer SaaS environments. Full-time telecommuting allowed. $133,307/yr. - $140,000/yr.

What is expected from you

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 12 months of experience.

SAN FRANCISCO: This position is based out of our San Francisco headquarters. The office is located in downtown San Francisco and is easily accessible to public transportation.
