Sr. Solutions Engineer

What you'll do

Planisware USA, Inc. is recruiting for our San Francisco, CA office: Sr. Solutions Engineer (job code #42070): Salary DOE, range $110,000/year - $120,000/year.

• Collaborate with sales team to ensure alignment on proposal. Put together business cases for the sales proposals.
• Build and present product demos to help showcase Planisware Enterprise. Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
• Build a knowledge base of industry best-practices from various perspectives.
• Identify key industry processes, actors, and value.
• Learn the language specific to an industry to ease communication and provide expertise confirmation.
• Gather real life examples of projects and outcomes specific to the industry to illustrate success or pain points to resolved/addressed by Planisware Enterprise solution.
• Understand key stakeholders and their impact on the solution selection decision.
• Generate a vision to the stakeholder beyond the current scope of expectations.
• Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
• Partner with Marketing to create or contribute content and offerings mapped to the target market and buying cycles.
• Pilot product or marketing message changes prior to adoption.
• Collaborate with our product team, customer-facing functions, and sales enablement team to help shape our offerings and how to position our sales organization to successfully sell them.
