What you'll do

Planisware USA, inc is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager that will play a critical role in our marketing team in supporting our overall growth and sales efforts as well as improving customer experience. In this critical role, you’ll lead our content strategy from development to execution working closely with marketing teammates and sales counterparts, as well as various subject matter experts across our organization.

You will report directly to our VP of Marketing, North America. This role can based in any of our North American offices; San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid), Denver Metropolitan Area (Hybrid), or Philadelphia (Hybrid).

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Deep knowledge of B2B enterprise sales cycle and demonstrated ability creating compelling content needed to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth with a customer-first mindset to all that you do in an Account-Based Marketing motion.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through thought leadership content within our industry pillars
  • Develop compelling messages and storylines for specific industries with different personas and going deep into customer pain points and business value
  • Communicate complex technology into compelling, digestible narratives for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Create scalable and repeatable process for content creation and distribution
  • Exceptional drive to work as one-team and bring marketing, sales, customer success management, product etc. people together on content initiatives


What is expected from you

    • Own the content and social strategy for our marketing team: goals (OKRs), plan, execution and results
    • Work with our pillar heads and other executives to identify message priorities and develop with our demand generation managers integrated campaigns that are differentiated (with a unique Point of View) and drive engagement.
    • Manage our editorial calendar and deliver on our content planning across the buyer’s journey: from top-of-the-funnel, middle to bottom of the funnel, short forms and long forms of content for compelling initiatives including demand generation, nurture, brand awareness, thought leadership, customer loyalty programs.
    • Revamp our buyer personas for our industry pillars
    • Hands-on with writing, editing… ensure website content is optimized for SEO and user experience.
    • Write Press Releases on an occasional basis
    • Measure, improve the impact of our marketing content across the buyer’s journey
    • Work closely with our event experience team on newsletters, webinars, hybrid events and our annual user conference.



    • 5+ years of content marketing experience or writing and editing experience for a B2B SaaS enterprise audience
    • Familiar with editorial calendar management to deliver relevant content on a regular basis
    • Experience working and managing freelance writers
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • You have a portfolio of various content types (short-form, long-form, social) and know the best practices for crafting each content type. Sharing samples of past work is a plus.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, webinar tools: e.g Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Zoom, Adobe Creative Suite etc. to name a few
    • Experience working hand in hand with demand generation managers with a focus on Account-Based Marketing
    • Effectively use search engine optimization (SEO) principles, keyword research, and effective on-page SEO to maximize copy’s reach
    • Social media savvy with a channel specific content knowledge (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
    • Education: bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing and related field.
